Little Fun Project
I noticed on my Stabilo Carbothello Pastel Pencils, there was a code printed at the top of each pencil, however there is no colour printed on there, so I decided that to make my life a little easier I'd make up my own quick little colour chart today for them, including colour name and number, along with the actual colour as it is put onto paper, this makes my life a lot easier and much quicker when drawing.
I will say, this version is just a quick version of what I have in my head, I have a much more fun version that I will do one night when I've nothing much else on my plate, but for now this will do exactly what I want it to do, and to share it with others might help them also, so feel free to take a copy of the chart if you use these pencils and want to keep up with what colours your using or running low on also.
I was actually really shocked, I thought I had much more of the set than I actually did. There is 60 in the full set, its a great selection of colours, but I have noticed a few differences that I might speak with Stabilo with that I'm not sure are really on the ball with others pastel pencils that are manufactured. I'm not sure they'd even listen to, a nobody, but I would rather try than do nothing at all. I don't mean, a nobody, in a negative way, but to a company like Stabilo, they do support Artists, however they are very well known artists, not people who are just starting out like me. It would be nice to think that one day I will be successful and if that does happen, then I'll try again regarding my thoughts of some colours.
Anyway, I hope you like the little chart.
